In this Privacy Policy you will find all the relevant information applicable to our processing of your personal data on our website. Your privacy is important to us and we want you to feel comfortable with how we use and share your personal data. We will only process your personal data when the law allows us to. We will handle and process your data in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and applicable local data privacy regulations. 3. Why we process your personal data
3.1. Data processing upon accessing our website

- Ensuring a smooth connection setup,
- Ensuring our website is convenient to use,
- Evaluating the system’s security and stability, as well as
- further administrative purposes.
At this point we cannot deduce your identity from the data collected and that we do not draw any conclusions about your identity. Our use of cookies, tracking tools and a CRM system is described below.
3.2. Data processing via contact form
You may give us your identity and contact by filling in our contact forms or by corresponding with us by email. If you decide to send us an enquiry via our contact form, we will process the following data:
- surname and the given name provided,
- subject of the request,
- email address provided,
- the request you have made,
- IP address,
- date and time of the enquiry,
to process your enquiry. The legal basis for this is Article 6, Paragraph 1, lit. b of the GDPR. We are processing the above-mentioned data to process your request as required. The data collected through the contact form can be stored in a CRM system. We will delete or block data if their storage is no longer necessary. You can object to this processing at any time with immediate effect. To do this, please send us an email to privacy@bettingsites.info.
4. Usage of Cookies
We use cookies to distinguish you from other users and to further improve our website. Cookies are small pieces of information that are automatically created by your browser and stored on your laptop, tablet, smartphone, or any similar device when you visit our website. The plugin itself processes only generic and no personal data, so in particular click numbers, most visited pages, search terms and referrer pages, each without personal reference. We are using the tool for improvement and entertainment purposes. This processing is based on the Article 6, Paragraph 1, lit. f of the GDPR.
4.2.BestWebSoft plugin for contact form
BestWebSoft plugin is a WordPress plugin that is used by us to enable our contact form. We install the plugin on our website and with its help collect the data described in the section Contact form.
BestWebSoft plugin itself collects the following data:
- 1. the IP address of the requesting Internet-enabled device,
- 2. the website from which access was made (referrer URL),
- 3. date and time of access,
- 4. the browser you are using and, if applicable, the operating system of your internet-enabled computer, as well as the name of your access provider.
The above-mentioned data processed by this tool is stored in the database of their hosting server for backup and later reference purposes. The hosting servers of BestWebSoft are located in the USA, EU and Ukraine. To find additional information about this tool and its data processing, please visit the Privacy Policy of the tool.
We are using the tool to improve our website and enhance your experience with our contact forms. This processing is based on the Article 6, Paragraph 1, lit. f of the GDPR.
5. Transferring your data outside the EEA
We may transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to the servers of the provider of web analysis technology commission by us. We will notify you if such transfer happens in the section above dedicated to online presence and web optimisation. Please keep in mind that these countries may not have similar data protection laws to the UK.
This data transfer takes place strictly in accordance with the principles of the so-called Privacy Shield (in case of data transfer to the USA) and on the basis of the so-called Standard Contractual Clauses of the EU Commission.
